Victor Howard is the owner of Discount Bonding Co. "I was born and raised in Huntsville. My mother was the first female owner of a bail bonding company in Huntsville. She taught me how to be a good business owner and a good person. She taught me how to be compassionate and help our clients in a stressful situation."
